Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with all CYA Companies merchandise. You may return any item (except special order items) within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus any restocking fees from our vendors. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Shipping Policy

When ordering an item from CYA Companies we can ship to virtually any physical address in the world. When you place an order with CYA Companies, you will receive free ground shipping on all orders placed online over $2000.00. Shipping rates are given in an e-mail after the order is placed. Once you\'ve placed your order, you will be able to see the package tracking number in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in your account.

In stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that\'s processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.
